The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the home building or related industry. Office located in Clarksville, IN.
Salary: $175,000 + bonus program. Complete benefits package included. M-F work week. Highlighted Duties:
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Mentor, manage, and motivate sales team members.
- Identify and act on new growth opportunities.
- Work with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions with the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
- Proven successful track record in a sales management role in the home building or related industry (industry preferred, but not required.)
- Experience building and leading successful sales teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
