As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating and implementing weekly lesson plans
  • Maintaining strong family partnerships to support the education and care of the students
  • Empathetic to children's emotions and parent's needs
  • Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level.
  • Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
  • Committed to continuing education

We are looking to hire TWO full-time Lead Teachers right away for our 3 and 4-year-old classrooms.



Qualifications:
  • MUST BE NYS Certified in Early Childhood Education (Birth-2nd) with Masters or Bachelors Degree.
  • Must have at least 1 year of UPK or 3K Class experience
  • Familiar with Common Core, Teacher Strategies Gold, Ecers and ESI-R
  • DOE& DOI Fingerprinting
  • SCR Clearance
  • First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Epi-Pen trained
