As a Lead Educator, you will oversee classroom dynamics and ensure the well-being, hygiene, and positive guidance of the children. Your role will involve crafting and executing engaging activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development, while providing children with the necessary materials and resources for exploration and play.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or enrollment in a Master's program in the same field is required.
- Prior experience in 3K/PreK settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing abilities are essential.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a proactive attitude are crucial.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is expected.
- Professionalism and reliability are key attributes.
- Ability to engage appropriately with students of varying ages and skill levels, as well as with parents and colleagues.
- Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $68,652 (over a 10-month period).
