Kiddie Academy of Little Neck is on the lookout for dedicated Lead Educators for our 3K and Pre K programs.
As a Lead Educator, you will oversee classroom dynamics and ensure a nurturing environment for children. Your role will encompass the personal care, hygiene, and constructive discipline of the students. You will design and execute engaging activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development, while providing an array of materials and resources for exploration and play.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or current enrollment in a Master's program in the same field is required.
- Prior experience in 3K/PreK settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a highly motivated attitude are necessary.
- A friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality are important for this role.
- Professionalism and reliability are expected at all times.
- Ability to interact effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels, as well as with parents, colleagues, and management.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Annual salary range of $55,000 to $68,652 (based on a 10-month schedule).
