Senior Sales Representative

Location: Greater New York City Area (Showroom in Midtown, NY or Back-Office in Union, NJ)
Travel: Extensive travel to assigned territory (North America, Central America, or South America)
About the Role:ODIN Fashion is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. Each representative will manage a designated territory, building strong client relationships, driving sales, and representing our brand at trade shows and in customer engagements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to foster client relationships that align with ODIN’s legacy of quality and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, within the assigned territory:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent ODIN Fashion at domestic trade shows and events, including ASD Marketweek, WWDMAGIC, and others
- Conduct on-site client meetings and showroom appointments in NYC, as well as facilitate warehouse visits in NJ
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, supply chain, and production) to ensure market-aligned product offerings
- Provide comprehensive feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product development and sales strategies
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, and order fulfillment
- Prepare regular reports, line sheets, and forecasts using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in fashion, accessories, or related industries
- Established network of industry contacts within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency based on the territory is preferred: North America (Korean Preferred), Central America (Spanish Required), and South America (Spanish Required)
- Proficiency with Mac, Android, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry events as required
