As a Design & Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for meeting with residential clients to gain information on their kitchen and/or bath remodeling project, generating estimates, and making the sale and your client's project vision come true.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Shadow designers in the showroom during design appointments.
  • Greeting potential clients and creating a positive first impression for their visit to our showroom.
  • Assists Lead Designer with:
    • Drawings, layouts and renderings via hand, 2020 or Sketchup.
    • Completing the Sales Spec Sheets and/or Job Sheets.
    • Customer interaction, principally making notes about customers' selections and preparing samples for designers to work with customers.
    • Clients showroom meetings and assist in product selections.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries and/or comments.
  • Spend time in the field observing kitchen and bathroom project field measures, design consultations, deliveries and installations.
  • Responsible for learning all lines carried: cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware, sinks, etc.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, ensures samples are put up and the displays remained updated.
  • Explore and present new ideas for showroom displays.
  • Pick up and deliver tile, as needed, to job sites.
  • Ordering decorative hardware and other products as needed.
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Qualifications:

Schedule/Compensation:
  • Part-Time: 30 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays.
  • Compensation: Hourly
