Location: Marietta Auto Sales, 1666 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $16 to $17 per hour

• Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and claims.
• Assist customers with warranty inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely processing of warranty claims.
• Monitor warranty parts and ensure proper handling and storage.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Experience with DWOC and Dealertrack DMS is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
