As a key point of contact for patients, you will be essential in ensuring a positive and supportive experience, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

In this role, you will address patient concerns, assist with non-clinical questions, and conduct satisfaction surveys to improve the patient experience. You will also work closely with the Clinical Delivery team and re-engage patients who are not currently active in our Care Management program. Continuous improvement of patient satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and feedback coordination is a key focus.

To succeed, candidates must have at least two years of healthcare experience, one year in a Patient Engagement or Experience role, and strong customer service skills. A Medical Assistant certification (CMA) is required. A private workspace and HIPAA compliance is required.
