We seek a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Manager to oversee all aspects of our global tax operations. This role requires a deep understanding of international tax laws, regulations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive international tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and minimize tax risks.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of international tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage tax audits and disputes with foreign tax authorities, representing the company's interests.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential tax planning opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Stay abreast of international tax developments and their impact on the company’s operations.
  • To ensure effective tax management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and consultants.
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation.
  • Provide tax guidance and support to business units on international transactions and operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
  • Master's degree in taxation, CPA or JD (preferred)
  • Minimum of  8-10 years of experience in international tax, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions at Big four and/or corporate tax department
  • Proven track record of managing complex international tax projects.
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Some international travel may be required
