In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring a safe and organized work environment to maximize efficiency and production quality. You will collaborate with team members, Team Leaders, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet productivity goals and troubleshoot issues related to quality or productivity.
  • Recommend process and procedure improvements.
  • Coordinate with team members and management for issue resolution and process enhancements.
  • Participate actively in risk assessment and incident investigation activities.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures and participate in safety observation programs.
  • Complete required documentation and maintain a clean work environment through 5S and housekeeping duties.
  • Train team members as necessary.
  • Support a team-oriented atmosphere within the department and plant.
  • Assist with packaging and measuring parts using gauges and calipers.
  • Utilize production software to record data and print labels.
  • Assist with wire feed machine operation during coil changes as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and lift 40-50 lbs.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
