The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, and the capacity to work independently without constant supervision. Key responsibilities may include managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties as needed. The successful candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic work setting. You will be the face of Global Security Group, so being professional, outgoing, and friendly is essential. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars from multiple websites
  • Answer and respond to texts, calls, and emails
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Assist with general office tasks, including, but limited to, filing and organizing documents

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Active listening and good communication skills both verbal and written
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
