Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate past achievements as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or resort eatery.

  • Show a history of successful team development.
  • Possess knowledge of efficient kitchen systems, techniques, and procedures.
