Openwork is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will the coordinate the placement of workers and support them with pre-event duties including attending training and acquiring supplies. You will also heavily use email and phone to support thousands of workers while updating Microsoft based applications and internal management systems with tracking all correspondence with election workers. Your responsibilities also include:
  • Customer Service with heavy phone and email use
  • Recruitment support with getting information about position, finding clerks, training, and setting up compensation.
  • Updating Worker Management Systems, Excel spreadsheets, and other applications 
  • Performing Mail Merges

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent from an accredited educational institution
  • 6 months in administrative office role
  • Microsoft Word and excel competency
  • Good verbal and communication skills required 
  • Typing of 40+ WPM required 
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines
