Huntington Learning Center is looking for positive and passionate tutors to join our dynamic team at Kenton Ridge Elementary and Middle Schools in the Northeastern School District. This position is for ELA and/or math instruction. This is an in-person position at Kenton Ridge Schools during the school day. This is NOT a remote position.

Position Details:
  • Part-Time: 20+ hours a week, potentially Monday through Friday, from approximately 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Duration: September 2024 to May 2025, with potential for continuation during the 2025-2026 school year.
  • Location: Kenton Ridge.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
  • Teaching certificate is preferred, but not required.

Compensation:
  • With Bachelor's Degree: From $25.00 per hour.
  • With valid Teaching Certification: From $28.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.

  • Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
  • Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
