- W2 hourly pay rate in range of $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience
- Hybrid working model (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite in downtown Pittsburgh)
- Excellent Health Benefits Starting Day 1 of employment

- 8:30am-5pm workday, Monday through Friday
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience working in a professional office environment required, 2 years of experience in human resources administration preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ability to mail merge documents
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Prepare and distribute bonus eligibility, nomination and determination communications (bonus plan documents, scorecards)
- Coordinate the receipt and review of performance appraisals to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Work with management and payroll to ensure that performance appraisals are conducted and processed on a timely basis.
- Prepare Portfolio Manager compensation disclosure statements.
- Prepare and distribute new hire and termination benefit-related communications.
- Prepare and distribute benefit-related required notices.
- Produce, prepare and route Change Of Status Forms for approval.
- Update compensation control documents – job code updates, job descriptions, job family.
