Experience:

Knowledge: 
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, spa treatments, and skincare products is beneficial. Training may be provided on the job as well.
Skills: 
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer service skills are essential for front desk staff. Proficiency in computer applications for scheduling appointments, managing records, and processing payments is also important.
Personality Traits: 
  • Patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are key qualities for interacting with clients, answering inquiries, and handling various tasks efficiently.
