- Ensuring that clients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as working at a medical office, spa, or in customer service, would be preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, spa treatments, and skincare products is beneficial. Training may be provided on the job as well.
- Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer service skills are essential for front desk staff. Proficiency in computer applications for scheduling appointments, managing records, and processing payments is also important.
- Patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are key qualities for interacting with clients, answering inquiries, and handling various tasks efficiently.
