Front Desk Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Manager. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and development
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk area, including managing check-in/check-out processes, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock of supplies
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to front desk staff
- Implement and maintain efficient shift management procedures to optimize productivity
- Oversee retail sales activities, including pricing, merchandising, and stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in retail sales and retail management
- Ability to train and develop employees effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
