Your Role: We are seeking friendly and organized Front Desk Agents to join our team for on-demand roles in various hospitality establishments. As a Front Desk Agent, you're not just managing reservations; you're the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay. Here's what you'll do:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests, check them in, and provide assistance with inquiries or requests.
  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate information about the hotel's amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including managing check-in/check-out procedures and handling payments.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Establishment):

  • Greet guests, check them in, and provide assistance with inquiries or requests.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate information about the hotel's amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing check-in/check-out procedures and handling payments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
