Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and promotions
