It's an exciting time to join our company. We have some big projects in the works and need a sales leader to help us grow.

Justagame is most known for our sports facilities. We also have a screen-printing, embroidery, and custom apparel arm that predates the Fieldhouses. Most importantly, we have some software offerings: digital ticketing, concessions POS, and a fundraising platform built for high school sports and event operators of all kinds. 

We are extremely excited about the opportunity for growth in our software offerings and formulating strategies to cross-sell among all of Justagame's products and services.

The sales director will be responsible for overseeing sales of apparel and software offerings. The director will build and manage the team, help lead strategy provide input on marketing tactics, and handle a book of business themselves.

This is a new and important position in our company. We need a smart, creative, and skilled sales leader to help us grow. It's going to be fun.

Candidates must live within driving distance of Wisconsin Dells or be willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses the following traits:

  • Sports/athletic/coaching background.
  • Proven success in custom sports apparel and/or software sales.
  • Ability to learn and navigate several software programs quickly.

About Just A Game Fieldhouse:

Justagame Fieldhouse is the Midwest's premiere sports facility. Located in Wisconsin Dells it has all the amenities of a vacation hot spot. Justagame offers 35,000 square feet of gym space and specializes in basketball, volleyball, grappling, gymnastics as well as trade show events. Justagame Impressions is a custom screen printing, embroidery, and wide format print shop. We service a wide array of schools, teams, businesses, and individual clients. Products include all types of screen printed and embroidered apparel, promotional products, banners, canvas prints, stickers, vehicle wraps and more. Justagame Tickets is a digital ticketing platform largely for high school sporting events.Justagame Live helps its clients monetize live streaming for events of all kinds.
