Key Responsibilities:Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Implement and maintain record-keeping systems.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular audits of patient charts and documentation.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in QA meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the home health and hospice team.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.

Qualifications:Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare records management or quality assurance.
  • Experience in a home health or hospice setting is preferred.
