Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain knowledge of local early childhood education options in the region (Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties) and collaborate with providers, stakeholders, and community members to increase referrals to educational programming.
  • Partner with families to identify strengths and connect to community resources and public benefits to reduce barriers to early education enrollment.
  • Support the identification of systemic barriers that prevent young children from accessing early education, including, but not limited to, racial inequities and families experiencing poverty.
 Requirements:
  • Demonstrate cultural competency and display a commitment to diversity, racial equity, and inclusion.
  • Driver's License, personal transportation, and valid vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northern Kentucky region.
