Family Support Worker

Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency through family support services, education, and leadership.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team. As a Family Support Worker, you will provide home visitation services to families in Campbell, Kenton, and Boone counties, focusing on parent-child relationships and using the Growing Great Kids Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide family support through weekly home visits, focusing on parent-child relationships and using the Growing Great Kids Curriculum.
  • Develop and implement family-centered goals, ensuring the well-being and success of families.
  • Conduct developmental screenings to identify areas of need and provide referrals to community resources.
  • Connect families with community resources, promoting self-sufficiency and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience in home visitation and family support services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
