MISSION STATEMENT: To be a beacon of light by transforming lives in the Vincentian spirit of charity, justice, and mercy through interpersonal connectivity. SUMMARY: The Case Manager IV will provide case management to shelter clients and assist them in achieving greater self-determination, self-sufficiency and permanent housing. The case manager IV will provide additional support to the other case managers and review how cases are being handled to better utilize resources.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (These essential job functions are not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed.
