OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Operations Assistant Location: 200 Fallon Rd, Stoneham, MA 02180Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experienceShift: Sunday - Tuesday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM or Wednesday - Saturday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; hours subject to change based on business needs.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Excellent Customer Service and/or Dispatch skills

 Your Mission in Motion:
  • Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.
  • Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.
  • Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.
  • Serves as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
