Outside Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and target companies through market research, networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals to build a pipeline of prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to become a trusted advisor and preferred partner for their recruitment needs.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our recruitment and staffing services.
- Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, exceptional candidate experiences, and successful placements.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously update knowledge of our recruitment and staffing solutions, industry best practices, and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness as a sales professional.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred) OR 2-3 years of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
