About the JobWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Manager to join our team.  As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive recruitment and staffing services to businesses in Michigan and the surrounding areas. Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their talent acquisition needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their staffing requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while helping businesses find the best talent to enhance their success.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and target companies through market research, networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals to build a pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to become a trusted advisor and preferred partner for their recruitment needs. 
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our recruitment and staffing services.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets, track sales performance metrics, and provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, exceptional candidate experiences, and successful placements.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously update knowledge of our recruitment and staffing solutions, industry best practices, and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness as a sales professional.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred) OR 2-3 years of outside sales experience. 
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR services industry. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.  Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
