Viola Group is a leading food service equipment representative in the New England market. Over the past 40 years, we have cultivated trusted partnerships with select equipment manufacturers across a diverse set of markets. The outside sales position is a high-growth opportunity focused on serving our current customers, generating new business and expanding our client base. The position’s primary focus will be on promoting our various product lines to the current customer base as well as continuing to build strong relationships with new customers in other market segments.


We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep covering the New England market and located in the Massachusetts area.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell food service equipment within the New England territory.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to enhance customer relations.
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events as required.
  • Utilize software tools such as Auto Quotes, Orgo and other CRM programs.
  • Respond to the needs of customers in a timely manner.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and customers.
  • Ensure the achievement of established goals and timelines.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Prior experience in the food service equipment industry and sales is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.


Education & Experience:

  • 2 years industry related experience
  • 3+ years experience in food service equipment sales
  • College degree preferred but not required
