The Sales Manager at our Louisville location both estimates and manages their jobs and is ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project they are assigned. You will be responsible for achieving the revenue targets of the location, maintaining consistent profitably, and achieving an excellent reputation within the territory among our customers.

Overview: 

  • Great Company and Culture

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Sell residential and commercial paint jobs.
  • Hire and oversee subcontractors. 
  • Estimate projects. 
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, delivering a quality project and meeting client's needs.
  • Problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise. 
  • Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects. 
  • Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers. 
  • Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made. 
  • Significant networking, building relationships in the community, and establishing referral partners.
  • Self-generation of leads will be a top priority.
  • Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of company (realtors, property managers, roofers, etc.)

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to drive sales.
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Traveling within Territory on a daily basis. Must have a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone, iPad, and software programs. 
  • 2+ years of B2B and B2C sales and estimating experience preferred.
  • Experience in a painting company preferred.
  • Must live in or easily commute to Louisville to apply.

Compensation Package: 

$70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Benefits, Company Vehicle
