Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and high-volume experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on the status of their application
  • Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (2 years experience)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting within the transportation industry is a plus
