- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter (2 years experience)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience recruiting within the transportation industry is a plus
