Design Coordinator/Assistant

We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, career-minded professional to join and support our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and answer Design email
- Track contracts and plans
- Schedule appointments for new home buyers
- Schedule meetings for warranty re-selects
- Updating system and creating new files for contracts
- Prepping design files for Designers
- Compiling completed files for processing
- Recording and tracking buyer surveys
- Create and send builder appointment status reminders
- Update product inventory report
- Handling mail, packages,etc
- Monitor front desk and phones
- Run credit card payments
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain showroom cleanliness
- Run exterior selections with buyers
- Create flooring diagrams
- Add options to cabinet diagrams
- Do paperwork for pre-selected design package projects
- Design Spec Home selections
- Spec Reviews with buyers wanting to see selections (pulling products and reviewing with buyer)
Qualifications:
- Positive-thinking team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in Design and Sales preferred
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently or on a team
