  • Account Management / Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service throughout the order process. Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Data Management: Maintain organized databases and records related to customer orders, and quotes, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Communication Liaison: Work closely with various internal teams, such as sales, project management, and finance, to gather vital project details required for the order/estimation process.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office products including an above-average understanding of Excel.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving situations and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
