This personalized opportunity as an Amazon Specialist will be working alongside the family of Premium Accessories groups such as MGP Caliper Covers, PRP, Speed Strap, Status, Bull Ring, Baja Designs and sPOD.
This position requires commuting from the facilities located between Temecula and Chula Vista. The home base for this position will be at the Baja Designs/ sPOD facility located in San Marcos, CA.

Amazon Specialist duties: The Amazon Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales on the Amazon platform for multiple portfolio divisions and direct communication with Amazon growth specialist agency. This includes optimizing listings, managing inventory, and creating marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Amazon's growth specialist agency in the following areas.
- Proactive inventory management.
- Creating and updating Amazon product listings.
- Ability to resolve hurdles that arise with product content, inventory, shipments, account-related issues, listing suspensions, policy violations, etc.
- Assist in online marketing campaigns with the involvement of each division's sales/marketing teams and Amazon growth specialist agency.
- Manage customer inquiries and review, addressing any issues to maintain a positive brand image.
- Plan and implement promotions, discounts, and coupons. (Only for PRP).
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, generate sales, traffic, conversion rate reports.
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon sales
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Marketplace, Vendor Central, and Seller Central
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace and eBay Seller Hub a plus (Only for PRP/BullRing)
- Understanding of SEO and how it applies to product listings (experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics a plus)
- Ability to research and utilize high-performing keywords to improve visibility and ranking.
- Attention to detail to ensure listings are accurate, ability to spot and correct errors promptly.
- Basic graphic design skills to create or edit images (experience with Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
- Experience and understanding of brand positioning and building/nurturing a brand presence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Enjoy creating and implementing continuous improvement processes that streamline those involved with growing sales through Amazon
