Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental terminology and patient service, ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments using Open Dental software.
  • Coordinate treatment plans with patients and clinical staff.
  • Present treatment plans and financial options.
  • Maintain high case acceptance.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a dental office.
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and receptionist duties.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
