We are seeking a driven and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our team and provide Outpatient Therapy Services. Our ideal candidate will be a leader who collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.

Overview:
As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in the leadership of therapist and therapy assistants helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. If you have a passion for leadership, exceptional patient care and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
  • Develop therapy strategies
  • Evaluate patient care - Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:
  • Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's or Associate's degree in respective therapy discipline from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or certification
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with geriatrics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
