Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciling accounts and generating financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies and provide support when needed
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements for management review
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records

Requirements:
  • Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting industry
  • Proficient in working with accounting software, such as Xero
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
