Bilingual Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in both languages.
- Close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting Spanish-speaking markets.
- Keep abreast of market trends and product developments to remain competitive.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Starting Salary: $13 - $15 per hour, plus commission-based incentives.
