We are looking for a full-time Paid Search Manager who is strategically minded to help us grow our clients’ businesses worldwide. You are


Inquisitive, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and love learning about how businesses work and operate. You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time, trying new things, and are excited by a challenge. Your specialties include paid channels and attribution. You are comfortable speaking with clients about their marketing strategies.


Responsibilities


Campaign Management


  • Oversee digital campaign strategies from concept to impact, hitting targets within budget.
  • Plan and build purchase and lead gen campaigns across various networks (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Constantly monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess channel contributions to overall growth volume and efficiency and make key decisions about spend allocation across channels.
  • Identify novel opportunities to efficiently achieve growth. We invite innovative thinking


Tracking and Optimization


  • Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement tracking and conversion events for effective measurement and optimizations.
  • Set up, monitor and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant center.
  • Using native CMS integrations and static/dynamic product feeds.
  • Set up and leverage Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Set up and test conversion events for other channels or platforms as needed, such as Meta, Pinterest or LinkedIn.


Reporting and Analysis


  • Ensure all growth metrics are measurable, accurate, and available for a variety of analyses. Own growth reporting and responsibility for key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, etc.
  • Utilize quantitative data and qualitative insights to identify trends; utilize these insights to test hypotheses and scale wins across client accounts.
  • Use Looker Studio to create custom dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Continually monitor competitor strategies and the PPC landscape as a whole.


Requirements 


  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of Google Ads experience.
  • 5+ years experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center.
  • 5+ years of experience with Looker Studio and/or similar reporting platforms.
  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Passionate about performance marketing and data
  • Experience running ads via their native platforms (vs. an agency)
  • Experience owning and reporting on key KPIs to clients such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.
  • Deep understanding of SEM advertising campaign management and optimization practices across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Interest in furniture, interior design and architecture.
  • Mandatory Certifications: Google Ads Search, Google Analytics, Google Ads Shopping.
