Key Details:
- Core Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with some flexibility.

What You'll Do:
- Invoice Management: Review and input invoices into the accounting system with precision.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Maintain and manage accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
- Weekly Payments: Assist in preparing and running weekly check payments.
- Transaction Coding: Ensure transactions are correctly coded to the appropriate job, crew, and GL account.
- Credit Card Transactions: Handle a high volume of transactions (7,000+ monthly) and coordinate with credit card companies and field employees to resolve issues.
- Job Costing Impact: Help ownership understand how invoices impact job costing-this insight is vital.
