We are partnered with one of our rapidly-growing clients in the Food space, who are looking to add a Senior HR Manager to their team, overseeing 3 of their sites.


The ideal candidate will have Food Manufacturing experience as well as a background leading multi-site operations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees to meet production and administrative needs.
  • Design and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge, especially related to food safety, quality control, and equipment handling.
  • Ensure the company adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food industry standards to maintain a compliant work environment.
  • Develop and oversee performance review systems, set KPIs, and work with department managers to ensure consistent evaluation and feedback for staff.
  • Create, update, and enforce company policies that align with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts, promote a positive work environment, and handle grievances effectively to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Manage payroll, develop competitive compensation structures, and oversee employee benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast future hiring needs and develop strategies to ensure a stable and efficient workforce.
  • Work closely with safety officers to implement and monitor health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and other safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, utilize HR software for reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience
  • 5+ years of Food Manufacturing experience
  • Bachelors Degree
