As a Manager, Order to Cash (OTC) you will be an integral business partner ensuring OTC has visibility, understands business change initiatives and upstream to downstream variability. Leading the cross functional collaboration between the Customer Service, Sales teams, Sales Finance, Transportation, Distribution and Customer Supply Chain working to solve issues impacting WK Kellogg Customers.

 

The role is part of a hybrid work environment – proximity to Battle Creek, Michigan or commutable within 61-200 miles required.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

  • Lead a team that monitors overall service indicators, deductions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the needed cross-functional partners to improve customer service levels. Collaborating with Sales and finance leads and our customers to meet their expectations.
  • Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Leads the development of functional strategy for order execution, deduction management, and fulfillment. 
  • Ensure the delivery of all Order to Cash level agreements/metrics for our customers.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve customer service issues.  This includes Sales/ Finance/Supply Chain VP’s, Directors, and other Senior Managers.
  • Focus on people development/ coaching. Responsible for the management, engagement and retention of team members. Developing a strong team of leaders that delivers a strong customer experience even in the face of adversity by using each opportunity to deliver solutions.
  • Drive relationships with 3rd party service providers to promote metric achievement, operational effectiveness, and supply chain efficiency. 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Three to five years’ experience in a related field required. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement.
  • Customer relationship management experience as well as strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint.
  • Other skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills; deep analytical and problem solving; and solid time management skills.
  • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of order to cash preferred.
