- Campaign Development: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools; prepare reports and recommendations to optimize results.
- Brand Management: Support the implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing efforts.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, or community outreach initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing assets, maintain databases, and oversee general administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software is preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills with an eye for detail.
