Job Description
  1. Plan and implement programs for the Aparecio Foundation.
  2. Ensure that all programming promotes the mission of the Aparecio Foundation.
  3. Act as a coordinator between different areas (i.e. fundraising, marketing, community partnerships, etc.) of the foundation to implement successful programs.
  4. Evaluate program effectiveness and make suggestions for improvements.
  5. Consult with other Board members.
  6. Work with others to set goals, resolve issues, and make decisions to foster greater organizational effectiveness.
  7. Set priorities for programs and develop a work schedule to track progress and gather information regarding each activity.
Qualifications
  1. Experience working in nonprofit organizations preferred.
  2. Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities.
  3. Knowledge of program management.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong leadership skills.
