Chief Operating Officer Benefits:

Chief Operating Officer Qualifications:

  1. Effective communicator that can make complicated issues understandable

  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in hospitality or business administration with an advanced degree or M.B.A preferred
  4. 10+ years in the Restaurant Industry with a progressive resume
  5. 3+ years of Senior Director/Vice President/COO Experience
  6. Ability to identify opportunities and create and execute goals to improve the process
  7. Attracting and developing top talent with a proven approach to succession planning and company-wide growth
  8. Desire to be in the field working in restaurants, not in an office
  9. The ability to travel between the 4 locations from Fort Lauderdale to Miami
