Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Client’s executive leadership team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the financial health of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategy to support our business goals and drive sustainable growth.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial and operational matters.
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, optimize operations, and manage risks.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record as a CFO or similar role, demonstrating expertise in financial strategy and operations in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, tools, and industry regulations.
