As the Finance and Tax Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group CFO in developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies for the Family's US operations. This position requires a unique blend of expertise in financial management, tax planning, and compliance, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure alignment with the family office's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Group CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies for the Family's US operations
- Participate in strategic planning, providing insightful analyses and recommendations specific to the USA
- Serve as a financial consultant and advisor to third-generation family members, leveraging your expertise to influence strategic decisions and optimize financial performance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
- Advanced certifications such as CPA, CMA, or an equivalent master's degree (highly valued)
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations, with advanced degrees in tax-related subjects (highly valued)
- Proven experience in financial management and tax compliance, preferably in family offices, professional service firms, or similar settings
- Exceptional financial acumen and strong communication skills
- Adept at both high-level strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Demonstrated capability in supporting senior leadership
- High integrity, ethical standards, and a commitment to confidentiality
- Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving priorities
