Brand Associate Manager

Our client, a large streaming and entertainment company in LA, is looking for a Brand Associate Manager with a strong background in entertainment for a 2-month onsite contract with the potential to turn into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand campaigns and overseeing the tracking, delivery, and quality control of all video assets distributed across various channels, including owned services, social media, paid media, and off-channel advertising. This role involves end-to-end management of assets, ensuring all campaign timelines, milestones, and key information are accurately tracked in our marketing and project management tools. The Brand Associate Manager will also manage deadlines, coordinate graphic needs, adhere to content restrictions, and handle various platform requests. They will oversee file creation and delivery for all assets, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
This is a fully onsite contract and requires 5-days/week onsite in Burbank.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for all video assets, from creation to delivery, for various platforms including owned services, social media, paid media, and off-channel advertising.
- Track and monitor all campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables using marketing trackers and project management tools.
- Coordinate graphic needs and ensure all content adheres to restrictions and platform specifications.
- Handle file creation, QC, and delivery for all assets, ensuring that content meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Maintain system tracking for assets, ensuring all relevant information is accurately updated.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage campaign timelines and ensure the on-time delivery of all brand assets.
- Perform final content quality control (QC) of all deliverables to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Distribute assets across various platforms and manage any platform-specific requests or requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing campaigns and tracking assets from start to finish.
- Proficiency in marketing and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of video production, file formats, and digital asset management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
