The Role 

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join the etrainu team based in Denver, Colorado candidates based in other locations may be considered for the role.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for management of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, management of sales processes into targeted industry accounts to generate new business opportunities to drive pipeline growth and generate new revenue.


You will do this by interacting with prospective customers to uncover their business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities in line with etrainu’s sales process and qualification criteria.


You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and energetic atmosphere. Measures of success include Sales Qualified Leads delivered, new revenue generated, Outbound calls made and overall contribution to the sales team. The target markets will be initially focused on the Sports sector in the USA region under the direction of our VP of Sales. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Targeted Accounts and inbound leads to create new sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Validate Marketing leads / prospects into Sales Leads and opportunities
  • Manage sales process from end-to-end for etrainu products. 
  • Work closely with Sales Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Working with Sales Management, disseminate appropriate opportunities to other staff as required. 
  • Outbound prospecting initially focusing on the sports sector via cold calling, email, and other marketing campaigns. 
  • Hit daily targets on Cold Calling and emailing of prospects 
  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities through discovery sessions
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Manage prospect interaction in Hubspot to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas. 
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets 
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the etrainu’s product suite, platform, industry trends, competition.


Experience We Are Looking For

  • Understanding of SaaS-based sales 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and high levels of tenacity and resilience that have been developed and honed working in competitive sales environments.
  • Able to demonstrate strong outcomes in previous roles such as meeting and exceeding Sales KPIs e.g. Sales Accepted Leads (SALs)
  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, Creative and SaaS-based technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment.
