You Are:

You are a visionary sales leader with a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. Your expertise lies in understanding the fundamentals of customer business and how to drive their financial success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. You excel in building compelling business cases and ROI analyses, articulating the value of solutions to customers in a way that resonates and drives decision-making. With a deep understanding of the semiconductor market, you are adept at elevating the sales conversation to focus on value-based selling and strategic alliances rather than just technical specifications. You are a catalyst for cultural transformation within the sales team, fostering a focus on solution-oriented sales approaches that lead to long-term partnerships and business growth. Your leadership is characterized by strong strategic planning, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels both internally and externally.

This role can be located out of our office locations in Austin, Texas, or California.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with Synopsys' growth objectives.
  • Understanding customer business fundamentals to help them achieve their financial metrics through Synopsys solutions.
  • Building robust business cases and ROI analyses to clearly articulate the value proposition of Synopsys solutions.
  • Leveraging technical expertise to engage customers in higher-level strategic conversations.
  • Driving business development, partnerships, and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Enhancing the GTM teams' capabilities in understanding customer needs and value-based selling.
  • Building a team of solutions Sales leaders within the GTM organization.
  • Enhancing the Synopsys culture to focus on solutions that are most impactful to our customers.
  • Travelling globally up to 50%.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at senior management levels.
