Pricing Specialist (Inside Sales) – Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean)
Altius Talent is partnering with a premier freight forwarding company in search of a Pricing Specialist (Inside Sales) to join their growing team. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual with expertise in air and ocean freight pricing, especially within project cargo and the oil & gas sectors. Experience with CargoWise and working in a fast-paced logistics environment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for air and ocean freight services, with a focus on project cargo and oil & gas industries.
- Partner with internal sales teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and maximize profitability.
- Utilize CargoWise to manage quotes, pricing records, and customer data efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, carrier rates, and industry regulations.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve cost efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in pricing or inside sales within the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven expertise in air and ocean freight services, including experience with project cargo.
- Familiarity with CargoWise or similar logistics platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Background in working with oil & gas accounts is a plus.
